My daughter-in-law, Janice, asked me if she could feature my home on her blog. I call it “Nana’s Winter Wonderland”. Who says it doesn’t snow in Florida?
The star has had a place of honor on my Christmas tree for 57 years.
Santas and snowmen are always welcome.
Cobalt blue just pops against the snow and snowflakes.
Birds in winter trees make me smile.
Pine cones are one of my favorite decorating items, especially when I make my rustic wreaths.
These trees were hand carved by a 95 year old gentleman in the mountains of North Carolina and I love them.
Burlap is perfect with pine cones.
Burlap also shows up very well on faux brick walls.
Reindeer and snowmen say “MERRY CHRISTMAS”.
