I wanted to join all my bloggin buddies and celebrate the upcoming fall season.
With the high humidity and very hot days it is difficult to think of warm earthy colors.
Vibrant orange can be a cool and cheerful color and mixes well with burnt orange.
I shopped my house for everything orange and even stuck a few pumpkins in here and there.
If an orange is an orange, why isn’t a lime called green or a lemon called yellow?
I found these dinner plates at one of my favorite places to shop…garage sales….and for only .50 cents each.
The color black just seemed to make the orange POP.
The orange is an iconic symbol of my sunshine state, Florida.

I want to go garage sale hunting with you. You are unbelievable and your tables capes are fantastic.
Love, love all the orange , the birdcage and the cute boots. Really creative way to decorate for fall. Cant wait for the next one!!!
I am the lucky daughter who has the opportunity to see and live in the process of each THEME before and after from start to finish. I get to see every fabric, plate, flower, ribbon, nick-knack, and thingy-bob find its own new home in a perfectly matched theme. Every time this decorating queen becomes more and more creative in how she puts items together that wouldn’t seem to match…and somehow they do more than anything. This Orange is beautiful, cheerful, and creative. I am sitting on pins and needles for the next theme!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love, the FAVORITE daughter!!!!!!! (only)
Janice, this is just beautiful! You truly have an amazing gift. I would love to be a fly on the wall and watch you do this from start to finish. And I agree with Twinda, you may have created a monster. XO to you all.

What a great job my J does with her kitchen themes. I LOVE everything she does to decorate her kitchen, but this orange really pops and makes it look like you’ve just stepped into a crisp fall day!
